To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5N6 LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use Questract
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through Questract

6. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Backing up your data before using Questract
• Verifying the integrity of archived files
• Ensuring you have appropriate permissions for files you archive
• Any consequences of using features like "Delete Source After Copy"

7. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Questract at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
